International Airport Hato (airport code = CUR)

Curacao’s modern International Airport (CUR) can accommodate commercial jet aircrafts as large as the Boeing 747. The island is served by a number of airlines, and connections can be made to any part of the world.

Departure Tax

The airport departure fee is incorporated in the ticket price for passengers traveling with: American Airlines, Continental Airlines, KLM, TUI, Air Berlin, Air Canada, Blue Panorama and Tiara Air.

Flying back home

More and more airliners give you the possibility to check-in on the internet. Please keep in mind that you have to be on the airport at least 2 hours (with TUI even 3 hours!!!) before departure when you are travelling to Europe and at least 3 hours before departure when travelling to the United States.

Parking Instructions

Enter the parking lot, by taking a ticket from the dispenser at the entrance. Take the ticket with you and do not leave it in your car. When you are ready to leave, you can pay at the exit of the parking lot.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Passengers

Passengers can be picked up and dropped off right in front of the airport terminal. This facility can only be used for quick stops en immediate loading and unloading. If you need more time, park your vehicle at the airport parking area.
Do not abandon your vehicle at any time whilst in front of the terminal. For security and traffic flow reasons, vehicles placed in front of the terminal or abandoned by their drivers will be wheel clamped immediately at the owner's expense.

Embarkation Card
The ED-Card is a requirement for all visitors to the island, the ED-Card grants immigration clearance and contains personal details of the traveler. As of today, the ED-Card can be filled out online, and upon arrival, immigration personnel will scan and match the traveler's passport with the submitted online ED-Card in the Secured Border Management System.
